Hi there! We're Karen and Monica, and we can't wait to host you. We own six one-of-a-kind lofts in the heart of Downtown Bristol, five RaceDay Condos right at Bristol Motor Speedway, and a stunning log cabin on Boone Lake.
Over the past 30 years in retail and real estate development, we've built and run several retail stores along with our own ice cream and fudge shop. What we love most is the people, the conversations, the connections, and the travelers who choose to stay with us.
We work hard, we love to travel, and we're always chasing the next adventure or dreaming up the next property to develop. Come stay with us. You'll be glad you did.
